This Privacy Policy explains how Cockpit Hunt collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Cockpit Hunt mobile game and related online services.

Cockpit Hunt does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, payment card, or address.

When you play, the game may collect and process the following information:

• Anonymous app/session identifiers used to connect gameplay sessions and basic telemetry events.
• Gameplay data needed to run the game, such as match state, selected pilot profile, matchmaking status, game results, and leaderboard-related game progress.
• Basic technical data sent automatically with network requests, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and server connection information.
• Privacy-safe telemetry events, such as screen views, matchmaking events, battle start/finish events, error events, and elapsed timing values.
• Local app storage on your device, such as anonymous session identifiers, local match recovery data, completed match history cache, and gameplay guidance state.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Cockpit Hunt is designed not to collect:

• Email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment information, or contacts.
• Precise location data.
• Photos, videos, microphone recordings, calendar data, or files from your device.
• Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising.
• Board coordinates, shot coordinates, plane placement coordinates, passwords, tokens, or other sensitive gameplay internals in telemetry metadata.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate online gameplay, matchmaking, battle synchronization, reconnection, and game history.
• Maintain game progress and restore local game state after reloads or interruptions.
• Understand whether core game flows are working, including recruitment, matchmaking, placement, battle, results, and errors.
• Protect the service from abuse, diagnose technical problems, and improve reliability.

Third-Party Services

The Android version of Cockpit Hunt is distributed through Google Play, and Google may process information under its own privacy policies when you install, update, review, or interact with the app through Google Play.

Cockpit Hunt does not include third-party advertising SDKs, in-app purchase SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs in the app code reviewed for this policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share app data with advertisers. Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, or platform providers only as needed to operate the game, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Data Retention

Gameplay and telemetry records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the game, diagnose issues, maintain security, and understand aggregate usage. Some data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the app data or uninstall the app.

Your Choices

• You can stop online data collection by not using online gameplay features.
• You can clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove data stored on your device.
• You can contact us to request deletion or access related to information reasonably associated with your gameplay session, where technically possible.

Children's Privacy

Cockpit Hunt is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed by the game. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to protect information according to this Privacy Policy.
